Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dental / Medical Biller in our Salem, NH location. This role is responsible for processing insurance claims, payment processing and following up on outstanding claims. The ideal candidate has a basic knowledge of dental and medical insurance billing. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work onsite at our office three days per week and remotely for the remaining two days.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit dental and medical insurance claims for oral surgery procedures to third-party payers.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, resubmit corrected claims as needed.
• Post insurance payments and adjustments accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines, coding requirements, and payer policies.
• Communicate, support and provide customer service to our clients and insurance representatives.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
