Position Overview :

The Client Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Client Success teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Sales and Client Success teams with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer records.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
  • Answering calls for Sales and CS queue and acting as a first point of contact for any account or contract questions.
  • Assist Account Management with renewal and account review preparation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with various CRM platforms, including HubSpot is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Prior experience with Adobe is preferred.
