Project Manager - Commercial Electrical

Our client is a well-established mid-sized c ommercial electrical contractor based in Milford, CT, with over 20 years of experience serving commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. Their work spans multi-residential housing, commercial and industrial facilities, healthcare, educational facilities, retail, and more .

We are seeking a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical jobs . This individual will lead day-to-day project management for jobs ranging from $300K to $4M and assist in estimating for smaller projects and change orders. We are hiring immediately and looking for someone who is hands-on, field-savvy, and ready to hit the ground running. Schedule & Work Environment :

• Monday through Friday
• 60% office-based, 40% on job sites across CT
• Reports to the Head of Construction
• Must be comfortable managing multiple active jobs

Duties and Responsibilities :

Requirements :

4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry

Must hold a valid E-2 electrical license in Connecticut

Strong field background required — this is not a purely office-based role

Estimating experience required for small-scale jobs and change orders

Proficient with project coordination and scheduling

Familiarity with McCormick estimating software is a plus

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
