Family Advisory & Trusts Analyst
Reporting to the Head of Family Advisory and Trust Services, the Family Advisory Analyst plays a critical support role within the Family Advisory and Trust Services team. This position contributes to the development and execution of planning-connected products and scalable advice solutions that deepen client relationships and support revenue growth. The Analyst collaborates with senior team members and cross-functional partners to help translate planning initiatives into actionable business outcomes. Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the team's commercial strategy by assisting in initiatives that promote planning-connected products and services and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of scalable advice solutions through content creation (client pitch decks, marketing collateral and thought leadership), and detailed estate planning and financial planning analysis.
- Provide operational and analytical support for planning products, including tracking performance metrics, coordinating vendor communications, and preparing internal reporting.
- Collaborate with product, investments, insurance, operations, and marketing teams to support the integration of planning advice into the broader platform.
- Contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and client-first innovation within the Family Advisory team and across the Private Banking and Wealth Management business broadly.
- Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions on product recommendations to clients.
Additional Accountabilities
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.Job Requirements
Education level required : Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)Minimum experience required : 4 years in private banking, financial planning, wealth management, or related support roles.Preferred Qualifications
