This role involves managing project budgets, cost tracking, PO matching, loan draw submissions, and ensuring compliance with Florida Lien Laws . The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of accounting experience (including 3+ in construction), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in job costing and construction software like Sage Intacct . Responsibilities include preparing WIP reports, maintaining accurate financial records, tracking per-project costs, and partnering with operations and project management teams.
