Apple Retail is seeking an outstanding Program Manager within the Retail Business Planning and Program Management team. This team sits at the center of Retail, supporting key pan-Retail programs, and is responsible for connecting strategies and plans across teams to drive key initiatives forward.

The Retail Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for managing significant cross-functional programs related to Apple Retail's future store strategy and reinvestment globally. They will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives and will serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams and Leadership across Retail and broader Apple.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 8+ years of related program management experience
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results driven environment
• Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, has great attention to detail, and a can-do and motivational presence
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
