• Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating) based on individual care plans
• Sharing meaningful momentsbaking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation
• Administering medications (well train you!)
• Documenting daily activities and progress
• Creating a safe, welcoming environmentinside and out
• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection
• Making someones dayevery day
