• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Stay current with real estate trends through ongoing market research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
• List properties and oversee marketing and advertising strategies.
• Conduct property showings and support negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Remain informed on market conditions, regulatory changes, and financing options.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a real estate agent.
