About the Team and Role

The mission of the Platform team is to enhance developer productivity by building foundational systems, frameworks, tools, and abstractions that enable product teams to deliver faster and with greater confidence. Focus areas include testing frameworks, CI / CD pipelines, and developer environments that are easy to set up, consistent, and efficient. The goal is to eliminate friction in the development process and accelerate software delivery. As the manager of the Poe Platform Team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll define the team roadmap aligned with business goals and foster an inclusive and innovative engineering culture.

Salary ranges vary by location and experience. US candidates : $183,647 - $267,615 USD + equity + benefits. Canada (Toronto / Vancouver) : $237,868 - $277,302 CAD + equity + benefits; other locations in Canada : $222,010 - $258,816 CAD + equity + benefits.
