i360 is seeking a UI / UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and possesses the design skills to shape the digital experiences of i360's users and volunteers.

They care deeply about both aesthetics and functionality, shaping products that delight our customers.

The UI / UX Designer will work with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and contributes to establishing and maintaining design standards and best practices across the team and department.

What You Will Do

• Work on the UI / UX of a variety of web applications and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other internal teams to understand and align design with business requirements.
• Build wireframes to conceptualize landing page designs to accurately convey the user journey.
• Design and generate fully interactive HTML prototypes, wireframes and click-throughs which were used for client presentations, mock-ups, as well as user-testing studies using tools like Figma, Adobe.
• Present end-to-end designs for stakeholders across different teams.
• Keep up to date on industry trends, establish and advocate for UX / UI best practices, guidelines and standards, and emerging technologies; contribute to improvements in process and workflow.
