We're looking for a Repair Technician / Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot, analyze, and repair gas detection products. You'll provide top-notch technical support and innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers
• Perform repair, service, and evaluation activities
• Issue and manage RMAs
• Investigate customer complaints and nonconformities
• Collect and evaluate data to improve support processes
• Develop process documentation and work instructions
• Maintain inventory control of repair components and tools
• Recommend system / product upgrades
