Description :

Our client is currently seeking a Architectural Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include :

• Contribute to projects from inception to completion.
• Assist in production of construction documents. Ensure these follow all relevant standards and regulations.
• Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Oversight of budgeting.
• Work in conjunction with the design team.
• Maintain quality control.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor of Architecture degree is required.

3-5 years of experience with K-12 schools is required.

Must be proficient AutoCAD, and Sketch-Up.

Familiarity with Revit is required.

Must be proficient in the Microsoft and Adobe suites.

Strong design skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
