Ingram Roofing Inc. is hiring three skilled Carpenters to join our growing Field Operations team. This full-time position focuses on remodeling projects and includes both rough and finish carpentry. From repairing substructures to installing high-end finishes, you'll be a critical part of transforming residential, commercial, and government spaces with integrity and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Rough Carpentry (Remodeling Focus) :

Repair and modify framing, subfloors, and other structural elements in existing buildings.

Measure and cut lumber accurately, even in non-standard or irregular spaces.

Interpret blueprints and technical renovation drawings.

Ensure structural work complies with building codes and safety standards.

Framing and building decks, and other exterior trim.

Finish Carpentry (Remodeling Focus) :

Install trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and windows with high precision.

Customize and adapt finish work to irregular layouts or older structures.

Sand, stain, and complete wood surfaces to a polished, professional standard.

General Duties :

Maintain clean, organized job sites and tools.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow tradespeople.

Assist in material estimates and project scheduling.

Troubleshoot and adapt to on-site challenges common in remodeling.

Qualifications

3-5 years of carpentry experience (remodeling strongly preferred).

Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry techniques.

Strong knowledge of construction plans, measurements, and woodworking tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in existing structures.

Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and committed to producing top-tier craftsmanship.

Strong work ethic

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license required

Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in tight or elevated areas.
