A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to join their Corporate Legal Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including Master Services Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements

Manage a high volume caseload or deal flow effectively

Ensure compliance with standard contract clauses such as copyright and indemnification

Required Qualifications

A Juris Doctorate

2+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house counsel setting

Active bar license
