About the Role

Join a collaborative pediatric care team making a difference in children's lives across two locations. As a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you'll rotate between the West Cary and Raleigh clinics, support providers, and care for diverse patient needs while strengthening your clinical skills.

Position Options

LPN Level I

  • Provide hands-on pediatric care under RN and provider supervision.
  • Conduct basic patient assessments and record detailed visit notes.
  • Support clinic operations, including scheduling, phone triage, and workflow management.
  • Perform routine lab tasks (capillary sticks, heel sticks, kit-based testing).
  • Assist with care coordination and follow-up calls.

Requirements :

  • Active LPN license in North Carolina.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

    • LPN Level II

  • Independently manage more complex pediatric care tasks.
  • Mentor and act as a resource for team members.
  • Perform advanced procedures (venipuncture, catheterizations, cultures).
  • Manage full-cycle telephone triage and documentation.
  • Support providers with care planning and coordination.

    • Requirements :

  • Active LPN license in North Carolina.
  • 6 or 12 months of proven Level I experience.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Strong pediatric care knowledge and clinical skills.
