Job descriptionMinimum Education Minimum Work Experience Required Licenses / Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Compile and analyze reports. Compile statistics. Develop and compile statistical data. Generate reports. Input data into computer programs. Proofread documents. Research information. Strong Statistical Analysis. Use computer packages to prepare graphics. Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis. Required knowledge of Healthcare Finance concepts. Understanding of wRVUs, pay tiers, insurance processing and collections. Participate and complete industry survey data for reporting agencies. Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, Analytics and Functions. Provide recommendation on process improvement projects. Analyze financial documents for accuracy. Track and verify cost data for new systems. Measure ROI on new collection tools. Prepare Financial Dashboards for 18 cost centers. Collect and analyze changes in physician production. Calculate cost per Mid-Level Practitioner versus production. Manage Q12 budget.
