A company is looking for a Construction Specialist to manage and facilitate construction loans remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the construction loan lifecycle and support financing for projects

Serve as the product specialist for construction loan inquiries and ensure compliance with conditions

Coordinate with branches, borrowers, and General Contractors to obtain and execute necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential construction lending

Deep knowledge of construction loans and related requirements (Conventional, FHA / VA, Jumbo)

Strong understanding of state and federal real estate lending regulations

Proven ability to analyze and interpret data in a fast-paced environment
