Speech Language Pathologist

Dream Big is an amazing pediatric therapy clinic that provides services birth to early adulthood with providing the best therapy and support for all our families and team members.

We are looking for a SLP with a passion for pediatrics to join our team! This caseload will be created from all the kiddos on our waitlist as we are growing our SLP department. This position is open to CFY and CCC with a potential start date of after Thanksgiving / early December! This position is a full time position . This position is 4 days a week M-Th 7 : 30 to 6pm.

The majority of the caseload is between the ages of 2 to 14 years of age. All clinicians work individually and on a team to complete diagnostic assessments and create treatment goals. We love cotreating and individual therapy sessions!

Our typical caseloads have early intervention, stuttering, cluttering, feeding, oral motor, articulation, early level language, and high lever language needs! We provide training in all areas.

Built in daily paid documentation time multiple times a day in your schedule

All SLPs at Dream Big are personally trained in Myofunctional Therapy, feeding therapy, oral motor therapy that relates to feeding and articulation, high level language training! Weekly one on one training sessions provided and built into the schedule with your supervisor.

We offer personalized treatment rooms, two large sensory motor gyms, cotreating with other professionals to help others reach their goals, and materials for all ages.

This position is open to both CCC-SLP and CFY!

Job responsibilities include daily treatment notes, administering evaluations, creating treatment plans, and coordinating with other professionals to provide a multi disciplinary approach of therapy for families.

Training for all SLPs for feeding, language processing therapy, OMT for nasal passage airway breathing, working memory training, expressive language skills, articulation, oral motor that relates to articulation and feeding, comprehension, and executive functioning skills
