Job Opportunity At Uchealth

Learns about health care financial management and provides support to finance leadership. Works on special projects, including program evaluation, budgeting, reporting and analysis. Designs new programs and analytics, including project management, budget, policies and procedures, personnel and resource management, revenue optimization and supply chain. Obtains financial insights into the workings of the organization and health policy topics. Works on assigned projects utilizing data gathering and analysis. Makes recommendations. Rotates through departments, including corporate finance, hospital finance, revenue cycle and supply chain to learn about their functions, issues, roles and responsibilities. Utilizes problem-solving techniques and resources. Attends leadership meetings as part of the learning experience. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Minimum required education : bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
