Travel Registered Nurse – PCU

Location : Richmond, VA

Shifts : 3x12s Nights (36 hours)

Pay : $2,340 / week

Seven Healthcare is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse – PCU for an assignment in Richmond, VA. This PCU RN travel position offers three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours) with a weekly pay rate of $2,340.

    • Key Responsibilities of the Travel Registered Nurse – PCU

  • Care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring, often with cardiac, respiratory, or complex medical needs.
  • Monitor telemetry, hemodynamics, and patient stability throughout the shift.
  • Administer medications, titrate drips as allowed, and perform clinical interventions safely.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate care when necessary.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, ongoing conditions, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with facility policies.
  • Promote patient safety and deliver evidence-based nursing care.

    • Requirements for the Travel Registered Nurse – PCU Role

  • Active Virginia RN license or eligibility.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent PCU or telemetry nursing experience; ICU background is a plus.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
