About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Executive to join our leadership team and drive our financial vision. In this vital role, you will be a strategic, faith-driven leader passionate about making impactful change through your financial expertise. You will oversee all financial operations, develop robust long-term financial strategies, and ensure our organization remains financially sustainable.

As the Senior Financial Executive, you will :

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess at least 10 years of financial leadership experience, and demonstrate a strong commitment to Christian faith and values. Proficiency in nonprofit accounting standards, financial software, and data analytics tools is essential. We prefer candidates with advanced degrees or CPA certification, as well as those with experience in HR leadership and cross-sector collaboration.
