Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for varied roles across multiple departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
