Description :

The Entry-Level Contract Support Specialist will provide acquisition and administrative support to federal contracting offices, assisting Contracting Officers (COs) and Specialists (CSs) with pre- and post-award procurement activities in accordance with the FAR, VAAR, and agency policies.

Requirements :

• Review procurement documents for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare and process solicitations, purchase requisitions, and contract packages.
• Conduct market research and assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Track invoices, close-out documentation, and modifications.
• Support post-award administration and quality surveillance tracking.
• Maintain organized records in eCMS and related contracting systems.

Qualifications

Familiarity with FAR, VAAR, and acquisition processes.
