What You'll Do

• Provide support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Monitor and document any changes in the client's condition and communicate with family or healthcare staff.
• Support clients living with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease through patience, understanding, and consistent care routines.
