Excellent Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive base salary : $365,000-$425,000 with guaranteed income in your first year
• Productivity and quality bonuses based on RVUs
• Hospital Weekend Call Compensation
• Recruitment bonus : $25,000
• Sign-on bonus : $10,000
• Relocation support : up to $5,000
• Optional residency stipend

Balanced Schedule :

Maintain a rewarding work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1 : 5 call rotation. We go a step further to support your time and well-being by providing weekend Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For weekends you work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call Compensation as additional recognition for your time and commitment.
