Position Overview

The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, enjoys collaborative work with a skilled clinical team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on access and quality outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesdays Off
• Typical patient volume : visits per day
• Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN) : telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks

Compensation & Bonuses

$315,000 annually

$8,000 after 2 and 3 years

$8,500 after 5 and 7 years

$9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter
