Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

8+ years of relevant organizational change management experience

Experience managing workstreams in large-scale transformations

Proven ability to guide and coach leadership and project teams

Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships

Hands-on experience with impact assessments, training, and communications
