Travel CVOR Tech Charlotte, NC

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel CVOR Tech for a contract assignment in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity to bring your cardiovascular operating room expertise to a top facility while enjoying the Charlotte area.

Assignment Details :

Location : Charlotte, NC

Contract Length : 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Shift : Days with call requirements (facility-specific)

Hours : Guaranteed 3640 hours per week

Compensation : Competitive weekly pay package (includes hourly wages plus stipends for housing and meals)

Responsibilities :

Assist the surgical team during cardiovascular and thoracic procedures

Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile fields for surgery

Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team throughout procedures

Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently

Adhere to strict sterile technique and infection control standards

Support room turnover and maintain readiness for upcoming cases

Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Qualifications :

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)

Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR Tech experience (travel experience preferred but not required)

Strong knowledge of instruments and equipment used in open-heart and vascular procedures

BLS certification required

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced OR environment
