A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Resolution Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries
Educate customers on invoice processes and resolve account balance concerns
Review account activity and ensure accurate application of payments and adjustments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of call center experience in healthcare billing or medical insurance
1+ years of experience working with explanations of benefits (EOB)
Knowledge of CPT and medical claims processing
