Duration : Initial 4 6 weeks with strong potential for long-term engagement

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Vista ERP (by Viewpoint) in construction industry environments.
• Strong understanding of construction operations : job costing, contracts, project management, field operations, payroll, and financials.
• Proven experience assessing partially implemented or failed ERP projects.
• Expertise across Vista modules, reporting tools, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to present findings clearly to both executives and operations teams.
• Experience leading ERP implementations end-to-end is highly desirable.
