ABOUT THE ROLE :

Lexitas is seeking a creative, driven Content Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand across digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in implementing multi-channel content strategies that attract, engage, and convert our target audience. From crafting compelling stories to optimizing for search engines, you'll help ensure our message is consistent, impactful, and results-driven. In this role, you'll create, manage, and distribute high-quality content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals, track performance metrics, and continuously refine our approach for maximum visibility and engagement.

Lexitas is a rapidly growing national provider of legal and corporate support services, including court reporting, medical record retrieval, process service, registered agent services, and corporate filings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create and edit engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email campaigns, paid ads, graphics, and video scripts.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and voice.
• Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using tools like Pardot.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to guide content improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on digital trends, marketing tools, and content best practices.
