Responsibilities Work in an acute care hospital setting in the Operating Room 1 OR and 1 procedure room used for a variety of surgical cases including general surgery, scopes, appendectomies, hernia repairs, EGDs, colonoscopies, C-sections, D&Cs, ectopic pregnancies, and laparoscopic cholecystectomies 8-hour day shifts (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM) with on-call requirements for one to two weekends per month and two nights a week EPIC charting system is used Trauma level : Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Must recover own patients when on call, with PACU training provided Scrubs are provided and must be ceil blue in color All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility Local candidates within an 80-mile radius are eligible Returning employees must have a 6-month separation from any previous position with the affiliated health system Requirements Active SD or compact RN license required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required Minimum 2 years of circulator experience in the OR required Must be comfortable recovering patients when called in, with willingness to train in PACU / Recovery Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-630474.
