Job description

Job Title : Sr. Compensation Analyst

Location : Bryn Mawr, PA (Fully Onsite)

Salary Range : $90,000–$100,000 annually

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in retirement benefits and a passion for designing and managing compensation programs that support employee engagement and organizational success. You will also contribute to HRIS process development and configuration, ensuring seamless integration of compensation and benefits systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits

Support the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.).

  • Manage retirement programs, streamline audit processes, ensure timely completion, and recommend improvements.
  • Compensation
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

  • Assist in the development and preparation of the annual proxy statement.
  • Support the processing of short-term and long-term incentive plan calculations and payments.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation and benefits data.

  • Analyze the impact of total rewards programs on employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • HRIS
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of annual benefit and compensation processes in Workday (e.g., open enrollment, merit, incentives).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Workday enhancements that improve the employee experience.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiting teams, and leadership to ensure effective total rewards strategies.

  • Communicate total rewards information clearly to employees to enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement benefits.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in new areas.
  • Systems thinking mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
  • Solid understanding of benefits and compensation regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
