Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in retirement benefits and a passion for designing and managing compensation programs that support employee engagement and organizational success. You will also contribute to HRIS process development and configuration, ensuring seamless integration of compensation and benefits systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.).
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation and benefits data.
Support the configuration and maintenance of annual benefit and compensation processes in Workday (e.g., open enrollment, merit, incentives).
Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiting teams, and leadership to ensure effective total rewards strategies.
