Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst

A company is looking for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze revenue cycle performance and develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding accounts receivable

Design and implement custom dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with the IT department to monitor KPIs and SLAs

Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline billing processes and optimize workflows for increased efficiency and revenue capture

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Medical Billing

Strong understanding of the professional billing revenue cycle, including claims submission and denial management

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SQL

Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations

Experience in using Excel for data analysis and reporting
