Finance Operations

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities

Entering executed contracts into SalesForce.com

Creating cases to onboard software solutions customers

Managing queue in Case Management System

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience, preferred

Bachelors degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred

What is expected of you and others at this level

Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks

Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve

Applies judgment within defined parameters

Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects

Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

Anticipated salary range : $57,000 - $73,440
