Entry-Level Inventory Associate - 4-Day Work Week
Pay Rate : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Location : Longmont, CO
About the Role :
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a physical role within a climate-controlled warehouse / manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Previous inventory experience is helpful but not required-personality and team fit are our top priorities.
This is a temporary assignment with the intention to extend a full-time offer after a 90-day period.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Receive inbound materials and ensure accurate processing
Prepare and ship outbound materials, including packaging, label generation, pickup scheduling, and occasional drop-offs
Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas
Perform electronic transactions for inventory movements and issues
Conduct inventory counts and replenishment of consumables
Maintain warehouse organization and 5S standards
Ensure critical parts are received and delivered to the correct locations quickly
Organize and file all receipt paperwork
Communicate clearly with management, team members, and suppliers as needed
Perform all duties according to established processes and procedures
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Standing and moving for 8-10 hours per shift
Equipment Used : Pallet jack
Forklift and reach truck (experience preferred but training provided)
Ideal Candidate Traits :
Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
Reliable attendance and transportation for a 4-day work week
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with systems such as Epicor, Smartsheet, SAP, and Jira is a plus
Shipping / receiving or warehouse experience is a plus
