Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (machine tool industry experience preferred) Proficiency in 3D modeling (AutoCAD / Inventor strongly preferred) Hands-on experience with new product development Solid understanding of precision machining techniques and manufacturing processes Familiarity with ISO 9001 : 2015 manufacturing standards is a plus Relocation or travel assistance is not available—local candidates within the greater Milwaukee area are strongly preferred. Applicants must have permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship, including student visas and OPT, is not available)
Overview
Next Level Professional is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well-established machine tooling company in the Mequon, WI area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking products from concept through production—designing and developing new components, optimizing manufacturing processes, and solving technical challenges along the way. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, performance, and manufacturability.
