Freelance Ruby Developer Consultant

A company is looking for a Freelance Developer Consultant (Ruby) - Quality Assurance (AI Trainer).

Key Responsibilities

Code generation and review, prompt evaluation, and complex data annotation

Training and evaluation of large language models and benchmarking in sandboxed environments

Collaboration with project leads and engineers on complex projects while adapting to new requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields

At least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby testing frameworks and automation tools

Advanced level of English (C1 or above)

Experience with CI / CD environments and integrating AI / ML solutions in Ruby projects

Familiarity with containerization technologies and strong skills in defect documentation and debugging
