Job Description

Our community is filling up fast with new residents and we are seeking an additional Residential Care Coordinator to join our team! Competitive pay.

Responsibilities :

Manage caregivers, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations

Assist with department schedules and hiring, ensuring optimal staffing levels

Ensure Department is Title XXII compliant at all times, maintaining accurate records and documentation

Ensure resident care is being done per assessment and documenting, regularly reviewing and updating care plans

Assist and manage resident emergencies, coordinating with medical professionals when necessary

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety

Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of care

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff members

Organize and lead resident care conferences

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to resident care

Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the care department

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in assisted living care

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

Qualifications

Previous experience as a RCC, Med Tech or Certified Nursing Assistant

Previous supervisor or management experience

Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in electronic health record systems and digital documentation

Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
