Physician Willimantic, CT - Staff Physician Role : Provide comprehensive primary care, from physical exams to patient education and continuity of care. Qualifications : M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school Family Medicine / Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution Board certification or board eligible Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses Compensation & Benefits : Base salary starting at $220,375 (compensatory salary based on experience) $5,000 bilingual stipend for verified Spanish fluency (Willimantic only) Visa sponsorship - J1 visa waiver and / or H-1B visa (cap-exempt) for applicable candidates
