Banking As A Service Program Coordinator

Working under the direction and guidelines established by the Banking as a Service Program Manager, the Banking as a Service Program Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, operating, and technical support of Fintech programs and the broader Banking as a Service program. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of BaaS, For Benefit Of (FBO) account and settlement structures, card issuing platforms, ACH and wire origination, and current industry trends and practices. The ideal candidate will also possess the technical expertise to support these products effectively. The Banking as a Service Program Coordinator works independently on day-to-day responsibilities, with support from leadership on more complex issues. Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders are essential. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of payment operations, and a commitment to regulatory compliance are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external technical and operational support related to FinTech programs or the overall BaaS program.
• Create and maintain internal procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant operational processes.
• Execute the account opening (FBO, Corp, Settlement) process for fintech clients.
• Work internally and externally to execute monthly reporting packages and produce visual data deliverables on Ad-Hoc basis to support the operation of the BaaS program.
• Manage the execution of monthly invoices from various vendors.
• Assist in audit preparation and support audit-related activities.
• Monitor required monthly reporting from Fintech partners and escalate non-compliance to the BaaS Relationship Manager.
• Maintain and optimize internal team ticketing systems, identifying workflow efficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Work closely with external vendors and assists in the technical set up of new BaaS systems.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Banking as a Service, and proactively share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Implementation of new Fintech programs.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
