Front of House Managers to lead operations in a fast-paced, full-service environment. We’re looking for bilingual (Spanish / English) leaders with strong FOH and BOH experience, a background in Latin cuisine, and a proven ability to thrive.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily FOH operations with a hands-on, guest-first approach
• Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service and team alignment
• Train, coach, and motivate hourly staff to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards across all shifts
• Monitor labor, food costs, and P&L performance with strong financial acumen
• Solve problems quickly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Participate in scheduling, inventory, and team development initiatives
