Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care in various settings, including nursing homes and critical care environments.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in sterile processing and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support senior care initiatives, focusing on the unique needs of elderly patients.
• Utilize the Axxess system for medical documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment.
• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with pain management practices and critical care nursing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Axxess, is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
