Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Manager of Infrastructure Services :

• Lead and manage a team of 14, including 6 direct reports, to oversee physical and virtual servers, virtualization platforms, and SAN systems.
• Ensure 24x7 availability and security of enterprise systems, reporting directly to an Executive Leadership Team member.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure, focusing on performance optimization and risk reduction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to drive infrastructure projects and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversee lifecycle planning, infrastructure security, and compliance with service level objectives.
