Director of AI Automation

A company is looking for a Director, AI & Automation to lead enterprise-wide automation and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the automation and AI strategy across the enterprise Oversee the design of automation frameworks and AI-enabled workflows Direct system-to-system integrations focusing on data quality and automation Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in automation, integration, or data engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role Proven expertise with Workato required Hands-on technical background in ETL / ELT, data modeling, SQL / T-SQL, and programming (Python, Ruby, or similar) Experience operationalizing AI / ML models and workflows for enterprise use cases Strong leadership competencies in hiring, motivating, and retaining top technical talent
