About the Role

We're looking for an experienced software engineer to join our Enterprise Product Engineering team as we rapidly scale our Claude for Work product. As a software engineer on this team, you will be responsible for building and shipping not only user-centric features that create trustworthy AI experiences in Enterprises, but also AI products based on cutting-edge research to unblock expansion of Claude across many verticals including Finance, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.

You will work closely with product, design, GTM, and Applied AI teams to deliver products that drive adoption, expansion, and retention of Claude in Fortune 500 companies.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop products to maximize adoption and expansion of cutting-edge AI applications amongst knowledge workers
• Develop deep understanding of product use cases in various enterprise verticals and build novel solutions to address needs of knowledge workers in largest enterprises
• Design, build, and ship enterprise-grade products with high standards for security, reliability, and scalability
• Build scalable systems for user management and admin controls

The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.

Annual Salary :

$320,000-$485,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements : We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Location-based hybrid policy : Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship : We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
