A company is looking for a Tech Lead to guide teams, make architectural decisions, and drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of major system components

Define, communicate, and execute technical roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders

Mentor and coach developers, fostering growth and collaboration

Qualifications

Alignment with Core Values

5+ years of development experience (OutSystems preferred, but equivalent low-code or high-code experience will be considered)

Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and influencing architecture

Hands-on experience working in agile environments

Proficiency in at least four development languages
