Your role as a Customer Support Specialist (CSS) :
As a CSS, you will be the friendly face that brings joy to our customers. You’ll be proud to represent a brand that puts people first, focuses on doing the right thing, and aims to brighten every day.
Welcome and engage customers to ensure they receive quick and courteous service.
Prepare delicious food items like breakfast offerings, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
Handle cash register operations, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age-verification for restricted products.
Maintain store stock levels, ensuring shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
Contribute to store cleanliness and safety by adhering to all established policies and procedures.
Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

What we're looking for :
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
A positive attitude and a passion for working in a team.
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.75, depending on your experience and location. Associates working between 12am and 6am will receive a $1.50 shift differential.
