As a Customer Support Specialist (CSS), you'll :
Warmly greet and engage customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Skillfully prepare food items like our popular breakfast dishes, custom sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
Accurately operate the cash register, handle transactions, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist customers with lottery and age-restricted product verification.
Keep our store well-stocked with fresh items and ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store by adhering to all established policies and procedures.
Perform a variety of store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.

Qualifications :
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be 16 years or older and have reliable transportation.

The hourly pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75, depending on experience and location. Additionally, a $1.50 shift differential is available for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
