Grants Compliance Manager
Under supervision of the Director of Budgets and Analysis, the Grants Compliance Manager develops budgets and contract documentation for New York City, State and Foundation funders. Coordinate with auditors for government contract audits. Serve as liaison and conduct training for program management on financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include :
- Coordinate and prepare contract documentation for submission to funders, including obtaining required signatures and insurance certificates. Submit completed documentation through platforms such as NYC Passport, SFS, and other relevant systems.
- Prepare and submit subcontractor documentation in compliance with NYC agency requirements.
- Stay informed of updates to federal, state, and local grant regulations, ensuring that the organization's policies and practices remain compliant.
- Develop contract budgets, budget modifications, and RFP budgets for NYC and State government agencies, as well as for other funding sources, in collaboration with Program Management. Prepare budgets and grant reports for Foundations.
- Support Program Management on a monthly basis by generating reports from the budgeting software and assisting with questions or clarifications related to budgets and financial reports.
Skills & Qualifications :
Demonstrate expert command of grants administration of social service programs funded by state and city funds, including HRA, DOHMH and, DFTA.Strong administrative skills able to handle high-volume of transactions and reporting requirements.Should have worked in a complex largely governmentally funded nonprofit, in an independent managerial position.Minimum of 5 years' experience in grants administration.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.Prior supervisory experience.Knowledge of best practices in grants administration.Job Type & Location :

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
