What You'll Be Doing :

• Develop detailed, competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, Metal)
• Analyze project specs, drawings, and site conditions to create accurate takeoffs and scopes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and project managers for smooth bid-to-build transitions
• Evaluate vendor quotes, manage material costs, and build relationships with suppliers
• Identify risks, timelines, and profit opportunities to support strategic bidding
• Attend pre-bid meetings, client walkthroughs, and clarify scopes
• Assist with job costing, change orders, and project closeouts
• Contribute to improving systems, tools, and estimating workflows
